| Dr. Nate Booth is a speaker, consultant and coach who helps dentists discover the success strategies of the nation's most successful dentists. Nate received his DDS degree from the University of Nebraska in 1971 and was in private dental practice for nine years. In 1983 he returned to school and earned a master's degree in counseling. Nate worked closely with Anthony Robbins from 1987 to 1997. |

| Dr. Arun K. Garg completed his engineering and also his dental degree at the University of Florida and subsequently completed his residency training at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Garg served as a full-time Professor of Surgery in the Division of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine, and also served as Director of the Residency Training Program for 18 years. Currently he is on the visiting Speakers at the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry, and has located his private practice for patient care in Miami. Dr. Garg has authored 3 well-recognized textbooks, which have currently been translated into 8 different languages, and has published well over 80 articles, and more than 12 book chapters. He is editor of a monthly newsletter, Dental Implantology Update, and serves on the editorial boards of 4 other leading journals. He is the immediate past president of the ICOI. He is widely considered a preeminent authority with regards to bone biology, bone harvesting and bone grafting in regards to dental implant surgery. |

| Dr. Ronald Goldstein holds professorships at the Medical College of Georgia, Boston University and University of Texas. He is author of the landmark book, Esthetics In Dentistry and a best-selling consumer book, Change Your Smile which has been translated into 8 foreign translations languages. He is past editor of the “In Practice” column of Contemporary Esthetics and Restorative Practice and past co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Esthetic Dentistry. He is also on editorial advisory boards of Dentistry Today, Inside Dentistry, and Dimensions in Dental Hygiene. Dr. Goldstein writes for consumer publications as well -- he is on the advisory board of New Beauty magazine and writes a beauty-oriented column for Southern Seasons magazine. He is co-founder and past-president of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, past-president of the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry, and past-president of Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity. In 1992 the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry awarded him the first Charles L. Pincus Award for his contributions to aesthetic dentistry. The same year he was awarded the highest award of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In 1997 Dr. Goldstein was bestowed the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity’s most prestigious award, joining past recipients Albert Einstein and Jonas Salk. | About Jason Goodchild, D.D.S. |

| Jason H. Goodchild, DMD is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He received his dental training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he still holds a Speakers position as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral Medicine. As part of his training and service in the Department of Oral Medicine he was educated in Enteral sedation and completed numerous cases at the dental school and the Hospital of the University of the University of Pennsylvania. As a part of his Speakers duties he treats patients with complex medical histories, and oversees students and residents. |

| He is also Assistant Professor and Director of the Division of Oral Diagnosis in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences at the New Jersey Dental School. He teaches the next generation of dentists excellence in patient care, and introduces the concepts of enteral sedation to fourth-year dental students in the classroom. He is currently studying for his Masters of Dental Science degree and has research underway looking at new enteral sedation medications. |

| Dr. Goodchild has published numerous articles and spoken to many State Dental Boards on the topic of enteral sedation dentistry. He has been as invited speaker for the Academy of General Dentistry and American Association for Dental Examiners. | Dr. Ron Jackson is a 1972 graduate of the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. He has published many articles on aesthetic and adhesive dentistry, and has lectured extensively across the United States and abroad. Dr. Jackson has presented at all the major U.S. scientific conferences as well as to Esthetic Academies in Europe, Asia and South America. He is a Fellow in the AmericanAcademy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is Director of the Advanced Adhesive Aesthetic Dentistry and Anterior Direct Resin programs at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Jackson maintains a private practice in Middleburg, Virginia, emphasizing comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry. |

| Dr. Richard A. Litt received his D.D.S. degree in 1965 from the university of Detroit, and his Masters degree and certificate in Orthodontics from Northwestern University in 1969. Dr. Litt was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Orthodontics at the university of Detroit from 1969-80, and Clinical Professor and Director of Postdoctoral Orthodontics at the university of California, San Francisco from 1980-86. |

| Having received many accolades and awards, Dr. Litt has published many articles and is recognized as one of the most dynamic educators and clinicians in orthodontic education today. Dr. Miyasaki lectures and publishes internationally and also serves as an evaluator of dental products for many dental manufacturing companies.
